Life is the biggest story, and each one of us is a story in motion. Driven by this thought – To celebrate people and stories that impact human Life, Jeevi (human/living being) Films was established with a vision to bring local stories to global platforms.
Bhavana Goparaju founded Jeevi Films to nurture beautiful stories of people, love, and life. The goal is to join hands with filmmakers who pursue the vision of storytelling like us. In the era of Color, Theater and TVs at home, Bhavana grew up watching Black and White films of foreign countries on a projector in a classroom organized by a film club of the elderly. She has seen activism that showed life and people which she wouldn’t have seen otherwise. She began her career as a lyric writer for a Telugu film ‘Priya Premalo Prem’ and soon nurtured her love for cinema by turning a producer.

Watching Black and White films of foreign countries on a projector in a classroom organized by a film club of elderly, as a kid in the era of Color, Theater and TVs at home in the land of highest number of movies produced in the world to Activism that showed life and people around her while growing up which wouldn’t have seen otherwise to writing being the only out to producing Independent films collaborating with other Independent Filmmakers, Jeevi Films has been founded on the mission to nurture beautiful stories of people, love, life – Revolution and walk hand in hand with those filmmakers who pursue the vision of story telling like us.
